Bock Commissioning (Cx) isn’t a large consultancy — it’s just me, and that’s by design. You gain direct access to someone who has led multi-million-dollar program management and project management initiatives, coordinated teams across engineering, manufacturing, and construction, and knows how to deliver results without the red tape.

Before starting this consultancy, I served as a Program Director in aerospace design and manufacturing, as well as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at a worldwide guitar manufacturing facility, where I oversaw major facility expansions and process improvement programs, among other roles. Those experiences taught me that successful projects come down to three essential elements: structure, transparency, and ownership.

Now, I help organizations build those same foundations — whether they are developing a new facility, improving internal systems, or optimizing production workflow.

I’m an engineer by training and a program/project manager by passion, specializing in consultancy for effective project management. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering Technology and have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (#3026554) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Over the years, I’ve learned that the best results in program management come from listening, asking the right questions, and giving people the structure they need to succeed.

Outside of work, I live in Bozeman, MT with my wife Becca and our dog Ollie. We spend weekends camping, skiing, and exploring the mountains — or grabbing a Skyline Chili when visiting family in the Midwest.
